Ghostrunner: a cyber-ninja built on one-hit precision

Ghostrunner is the first entry in the high-speed cyberpunk action series from Polish studio One More Level. Released on 27 October 2020, it quickly became a cult favorite among hardcore players: you play a cybernetic warrior named Jack who climbs the ruins of Dharma Tower, a colossal vertical structure that became humanity's last refuge after a climate catastrophe. The tower is ruled by a tyrant known as the Keymaster, and your job is to fight your way to the top through waves of guards and lethal traps.

The core of Ghostrunner is one-hit combat. A single strike kills an enemy, but a single strike also kills you. So the game becomes less of a shootout and more of a high-speed dance: you wallrun, air-dash, grapple onto ledges, slow down time mid-jump to dodge a bullet, and split an enemy in two with one swing of your katana. There's no health bar here — only perfect rhythm and instant level restarts. Death in Ghostrunner isn't a punishment, it's part of learning: you repeat a stretch over and over until your movement is flawless.

What you buy and how you get it

Here Ghostrunner is sold as a Steam Gift. You don't receive a key code — the game is sent straight to your Steam by our bot. System requirements and platforms

Ghostrunner is well optimized, supports ray tracing on stronger GPUs and still runs on modest setups. The game is officially Steam Deck Verified, so it works out of the box on Valve's handheld and runs on Linux via Proton. This is a full Steam version — no subscriptions and no third-party launchers.
