W-Gold and Diamonds: two distinct premium currencies

Watcher of Realms runs two premium currencies, not one, and they should not be confused. W-Gold is bought with real money and acts as the upper-tier currency: in the in-game store it pays for Diamond packs, the Battle Pass, the Privilege Card, skins and limited offers. Diamonds are the second-tier premium currency that you actually spend on summons and on stamina, hero-XP and consumable bundles. Diamonds also drop for free from progression, events and achievements, but the upper bracket is topped up through W-Gold. A separate "Gold" without the W- prefix is the soft currency used for skill levelling and base upgrades โ€” same English word, different resource.

The W-Gold catalogue: what 499 through 59,999 actually fund

The Brawl Games catalogue lists W-Gold packs at 499, 999, 1999, 2999, 4999, 9999, 29,999 and 59,999. The lower tiers (499โ€“2999) cover daily-driver needs: a Privilege Card, the paid Battle Pass track, or a top-up of Diamonds for the live banner. The base hero classes are five: Defender and Fighter sit on the lane the enemies travel down, while Marksman, Mage and Healer go onto the side walls and turret tiles. Tactician is the sixth class, added at the game's second anniversary in July 2025. The hook is mobility: a Tactician's ultimate physically relocates the hero across tiles, breaking the static tower-defense rule and reshaping how Gear Raid III and the Void Rift Endless Challenge Mode are cleared.
