Totally Accurate Battle Simulator (TABS) is a physics-based battle sim from Landfall where armies of wobbly ragdoll warriors clash for your amusement. You line up infantry, archers, knights, vikings and gloriously absurd units, hit start and watch ragdoll physics turn the fight into pure chaos. You get the full game as a Steam gift on your account.

Once the gift is delivered it cannot be refunded. If Steam rejects the gift due to region mismatch, the full amount is returned to your site balance.

Factions and units

The game packs dozens of fighters split into themed factions: ancient tribes, vikings, knights, the Wild West, Ancient Greece, Ancient Egypt, the Renaissance, legendary heroes and some truly unhinged secret units. Each warrior costs a set number of points, and that's where the sandbox strategy lives:

  • cheap infantry wins by numbers but crumbles to the first charge;
  • archers and throwers dominate at range but are helpless in a melee;
  • heavy giant units smash through formations but cost a fortune;
  • special and legendary fighters like towering heroes can swing a fight on their own.

Beyond the campaign with its increasingly absurd levels, there's a sandbox where you pit any armies against each other, and a unit creator that lets you build your own ridiculous warriors.

The full version of TABS, which left Early Access on April 1, 2021, added online and local multiplayer along with achievements. Now you don't just watch simulations solo — you can field armies against a friend, on one screen or over the network. Campaigns, the sandbox, custom unit creation and online battles together deliver the endlessly replayable chaos the game is loved for.
