Watch Dogs Legion takes the series' signature hacker open world and pushes its core idea to the limit. Near-future London has slid into an authoritarian dystopia: a private military company, total surveillance and criminal syndicates run the streets. Play as Anyone: every passer-by is your agent

See a grandmother with an umbrella, a drone engineer or a professional mercenary? Any of them can be recruited into DedSec and turned into a playable character with their own skills, gadgets and backstory. Each has their strengths: one opens any door thanks to access, another summons a combat drone, a third simply blends into the crowd better. If your agent dies in permadeath mode, you carry on with someone else — the resistance survives losses, and you learn to value every member.

Hacking, stealth and an open London

Watch Dogs Legion is first and foremost a game about hacking. Surveillance cameras, drones, turrets, other people's smartphones and entire security systems are all tools in your hands. You can clear an enemy base without ever showing up in person: hack a camera, hijack a drone, distract the guards and complete the mission by remote control. Or you can assemble a strike team and go in loud. The city is instantly recognizable: Big Ben, Camden, Westminster and the City are recreated densely and atmospherically, with rain, neon and a tense near-future vibe.

Which edition to choose

Standard Edition is the full base game with the entire campaign and recruitment mechanic. Deluxe Edition adds cosmetic packs and starting gear for your agents. Gold Edition includes the Season Pass with the Bloodline expansion, which makes Aiden Pearce from the first game and Wrench from Watch Dogs 2 playable — a great treat for series fans. How the Steam gift delivery works
