SWAPMEAT β the roguelite where you swap meat with aliens
SWAPMEAT is a third-person roguelite action game by One More Game, and its whole hook is right there in the name: you literally swap meat with your enemies. Kill an alien, rip off one of its body parts, and bolt it onto yourself in place of your own. Legs grant a triple jump, a torso drops a turret, a turkey head fires grenades. So every run you rebuild a shapeless little hero named Squishy into a brand-new creature suited to the moment. What we sell here is a Steam gift for the full game β our bot adds it to your account.
What kind of game it is and why people get hooked
Genre-wise SWAPMEAT is a fast shooter built on a roguelite structure: raids into hostile alien worlds, random events, random part combinations, and the constant risk of losing it all. No two runs are alike β the enemy mix, the loot and the available "parts" change every time, and you have to adapt on the fly faster than the aliens do. The game has "Very Positive" reviews on Steam, and what players love most is the freedom to experiment: take one monster's legs, another's torso and a third one's head and see what happens.
Solo or up to four-player co-op
You can clear SWAPMEAT alone or build a squad of up to four. Difficulty scales dynamically to party size, so four players won't trivialize it and solo won't be unbearable. There are four difficulty levels in total, from relaxed Casual to brutal Nightmare. One thing for co-op: each player needs their own copy, so if you want to tear through aliens with friends, every one of you will need the gift.
How progression works
The parts you collect during a run are temporary β die or return to base and the build resets. The research you bring back from raids, however, you cash in at HQ for permanent upgrades: new weapons, perks and "company-approved" improvements. That way Squishy grows stronger for good between runs, and your next dive into the alien grinder gets a little easier. It's the classic roguelite loop of "run, fail, get stronger, run again", wired to an absurd and very tactile dismemberment mechanic.
The full version after Early Access
SWAPMEAT launched in Early Access on October 21, 2025 and hit its full 1.0 release on June 17, 2026. You're buying the full version β with all the base-game content available at launch. Separate add-ons (such as the Rare & Questionable Cuts pack and the original soundtrack) are not part of this gift; those are standalone DLC.
What's included and what it runs on
The gift includes the base SWAPMEAT game for Steam. It runs on Windows 10 (64-bit) and macOS, and supports cloud saves, Steam Trading Cards and Family Sharing. Cross-platform co-op is in, so a Windows-and-Mac group can play together.
How we deliver the gift
The mechanic is simple and safe for your account. You provide a Steam friend invite link and your account region. After payment our bot adds itself to your friends, sends the gift, and automatically leaves once it's delivered β you don't have to accept anything by hand or keep the bot in your contacts. Delivery usually takes a couple of minutes. Steam Guard is not required β the gift arrives even on an account without it.
Two conditions Steam needs to accept the gift
To make sure everything goes smoothly, check two things. First, your Steam account region must match the gift region β otherwise Steam simply won't let you accept it, so pick the variant for your region. Second, SWAPMEAT must not already be in your library β a gift can't be accepted for a game you already own, and that's the most common cause of failure. And friend invites must be allowed in your profile settings so the bot can find you.
If this kind of co-op chaos is your thing
SWAPMEAT is for people who love fast runs with friends and absurd builds. If that's your format, take a look at the other co-op roguelites and action games in our catalog: Risk of Rain 2 with a similar run-and-upgrade loop, holding the line in Deep Rock Galactic, and four-player drops in Helldivers 2.
