The protagonist, Jack, and his companions are driven by a single goal — to destroy Chaos. Combat and the job system
The heart of the game is its flexible Job system. Mid-fight you swap between two weapon-and-class loadouts: one moment you're a warrior with a heavy sword, the next a mage or a lancer. Each job levels its own skill tree, and weapons drop in looter-RPG quantities. The signature mechanic is the Soul Burst — finish a staggered enemy to refill your resources. The more aggressively you play, the more you're rewarded.

- Different Future — the final DLC, released on January 27, 2023.
The expansions require the base game and add story continuations, new jobs, weapon types and accessories. If you want them later, that's a separate purchase — and they have nothing to run on without the base game.
How you receive the game
