STAR WARS Jedi: Fallen Order — a Padawan's journey as a Steam gift

This is a single-player action-adventure from Respawn Entertainment (published by Electronic Arts), released on November 14, 2019. You play as Cal Kestis, a young Jedi who survived Order 66 and hides from the Empire on the fringes of the galaxy. When his past catches up with him, Cal has to draw his lightsaber again, reconnect with the Force and attempt the impossible — to rebuild the Jedi Order. Here you buy the game as a Steam gift: it arrives straight to your account and stays yours to keep.

What kind of game this is

Fallen Order is a blend fans took to quickly: lightsaber dueling and Force-powered combat, Metroidvania-style planet exploration, and combat with a clear Souls-like influence. Enemies hit hard, rushing gets punished, and meditating at save points restores your health while reviving foes. The droid BD-1 is always at your side — it heals you, scans the world and opens new paths. As Cal grows, he relearns Jedi techniques: a double-bladed saber, blaster deflection, slowing time, and Force push and pull.

Where you'll travel

The story takes you across several living, detailed planets — from the jungle-covered Kashyyyk to icy Ilum and the grim Dathomir. Each world is a tangled map full of secrets, hidden caches and shortcuts that open up once you earn a new ability. Backtracking to older areas with new powers is its own reward: what used to be a dead end becomes a path to a cosmetic chest or another piece of the story.

Standard or Deluxe — which to pick

We offer two gift variants:

  • Standard Edition — the full game with nothing held back. The whole story, every planet, the entire progression. If you just want the game, this is plenty.
  • Deluxe Edition — the same game plus a bundle of cosmetics and fan extras: exclusive skins for the BD-1 droid and the Stinger Mantis ship, a digital art book and a “Director's Cut” video — over 90 minutes of behind-the-scenes footage about making the game. Keep in mind these are cosmetics and bonuses; they don't affect difficulty or how you finish the game.

How you'll receive the gift

After payment, our bot takes over. You provide your Steam friend invite link and your account region, the bot adds itself, sends the gift and leaves your friends list after delivery. You don't accept the friend request, and Steam Guard isn't required for this. It usually takes a couple of minutes, though we don't promise a strict timing — occasionally it's a bit longer. All you do is accept the gift in Steam, and the game is in your library.

Two important conditions

For a smooth delivery, keep two things in mind. First, your Steam account region must match the gift region — otherwise Steam simply won't let you accept it. So pick the variant for your region and enter it at checkout. Second, the game must not already be in the account's library: Steam won't let you accept a gift for a game you already own. This is the most common hiccup, so check beforehand.

Platform notes

This is the Steam version (PC, Windows). The gift lands in your Steam library like any regular purchase, and from there the game updates and launches normally through the client. You don't need any third-party launcher to play — it all runs inside Steam.

If these games are your thing

If Fallen Order's style clicks with you, check out a few close titles too. The direct continuation of Cal's story is STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor, bigger and more spectacular. For more Star Wars in a different genre, there's STAR WARS Battlefront II. And for a pure Souls-like challenge built on the sword and parrying, head to Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.

Why this game is worth coming back to

Even years after release, Fallen Order still stands as one of the most complete single-player Star Wars stories out there. No loot boxes, no microtransactions, no required online — you pay once and get a finished adventure from the opening to the credits. Combat teaches you to read enemies and parry on time, exploration rewards the curious, and the canon atmosphere shows in every detail: from the hum of the lightsaber to the architecture of ruined temples. If you've been putting this one off, it's a great starting point before the sequel.

The short version

You get a full copy of STAR WARS Jedi: Fallen Order to own on your Steam account — Standard or Deluxe, your choice. The key things at checkout: the right account region to match the gift region, and no copy of the game already in your library. The bot handles the rest.
