PowerWash Simulator 2 as a Steam gift β the full game on your account
PowerWash Simulator 2 is the direct sequel to the cult pressure-washing sim from British studio FuturLab. It launched on 23 October 2025 and once again delivers that wonderfully calming loop: you pick up a pressure washer and methodically blast grime off cars, faΓ§ades, machinery and entire neighbourhoods around the town of Muckingham. Here you get the full base game as a Steam gift straight to your account β no subscription, no buying inside a third-party launcher.
What's new in the sequel
The second game has grown noticeably over the original. The headline addition is multi-stage jobs: a single site opens up in parts, unlocking new areas as you clean. There are fresh locations β Sponge Valley, Power Falls and Lubri City β new gear like abseiling rigs and cherry pickers to reach the highest and trickiest corners, and reworked soap mechanics for an even more satisfying process.
The home base also got an upgrade: you can now furnish it with furniture and cosmetics and unwind between jobs with companion cats. The game packs 50 Steam achievements and supports Steam Cloud and Family Sharing.
Co-op for up to four players with shared progress
Where the first game was mostly a solo affair, FuturLab finally added shared campaign progression online. Clean solo, two-up on one screen via split-screen, or four players over the network β and the campaign progress carries across everyone. Cross-platform play is supported, so friends on other platforms can join in too.
What a Steam gift is and how you'll get it
The gift is sent through our bot. We need two things from you: your Steam friend invite link and your Steam account region. After that it all happens on its own:
- The bot adds itself as your friend via the link β no need to accept the request.
- It sends PowerWash Simulator 2 as a gift β usually within a couple of minutes.
- Once delivered, the bot automatically leaves your friends list.
- You just accept the gift in Steam and the game lands in your library.
Steam Guard isn't required β the gift can be accepted on an account without it. The only thing that matters is that your profile settings allow friend requests.
Two things worth checking in advance
To make sure Steam accepts the gift, keep two points in mind. First, your account region must match the gift region β Steam won't let you accept a gift from a mismatched region, so state your real region in the order field. Second, PowerWash Simulator 2 must not already be in that account's library: you can't gift a game the account already owns, and that's the most common reason a gift fails to go through.
If something goes wrong
Sometimes the bot can't add you β almost always because friend requests are closed in your profile or the invite link has expired (it only lives for a limited time). Open friend requests in your privacy settings and send a fresh link, and we'll retry delivery. Hiccups in services like this are rare, and we do our best to sort them out quickly.
What the gameplay loop looks like
The core loop is familiar to series fans but more varied this time. Each job is a site you gradually clean from top to bottom: pick the right nozzle, dial in the pressure, apply soap where the grime has set in hardest, and watch the surface return to its original state. Multi-stage jobs add structure β finish one section and the next opens up, revealing the whole location step by step. The abseiling rig and cherry picker let you reach roofs, upper floors and suspended structures that were previously out of reach.
Platform and launch
This is a Steam copy β the game lands in your Steam library and launches like any other. Steam Cloud (cloud saves) and Family Sharing are supported. The system requirements are modest, so you don't need powerful hardware for a calm washing session. Once you accept the gift, the game stays tied to your account forever β it's not a rental or a subscription.
Who it's for
PowerWash Simulator 2 is pure, unironic stress relief. There are no fail timers and no enemies β just you, the washer and grime that satisfyingly melts away under the water. Perfect for switching your brain off in the evening, solo or with friends.
