Orb of Creation Steam Gift

About the game

Orb of Creation is a laid-back incremental puzzle where you play a wizard rebuilding the world from pure magic. Conjure resources, set up and chain spells, blend alchemy with artifacts, and keep unlocking new branches of progress. It is NOT an idler โ€” there is always something to tweak, plan and optimize. You receive the game as a Steam gift that stays in your library for good.

Once the gift is delivered it cannot be refunded. If Steam rejects the gift due to region mismatch, the full amount is returned to your site balance.
Available items are processed automatically. Any issues will be resolved starting from 9:00 MSK.

Your Steam account region must match the gift region, and Orb of Creation must not already be in your library. Pick the option for your region.

FAQ

Orb of Creation: rebuild the world with magic

Orb of Creation is an incremental puzzle from indie studio MarpleGames where you step into a wizard's shoes and literally rebuild the world from nothing โ€” pure magic, resources and ideas. The game left Early Access on June 23, 2026 after years of polish, and here you grab it as a Steam gift that settles into your library for good.

The core hook is that it is deliberately NOT an idler. You're not left tapping one button and waiting: every minute there's something to tweak, plan and optimize. You conjure resources, set up and combine spells, and HOW you assemble a cast meaningfully changes the outcome. On top of that sit alchemy and artifacts that synergize with each other and open new branches of progress.

What's inside: magic, alchemy and artifacts

The gameplay revolves around a few connected systems. Spells aren't a simple "press and receive": you build casts from components, and a smart combination pays off far more than a brute-force approach. Alchemy turns one resource into another and feeds your economy. Artifacts add passive effects and multipliers that reshape how you play next. It all forms a large sandbox where small discoveries snowball into a flood of progress.

A game paced exactly how you want

Orb of Creation is just as comfortable for players who like to rush as for those who'd rather reforge the world at their leisure. Optimize your strategies and chase efficiency and speed, or explore meditatively to see what pairs with what. Players often highlight that feeling of constant small progress without burnout โ€” which is why it keeps very positive Steam reviews.

What the gift includes

You receive the full base game of Orb of Creation โ€” not an add-on and not a standalone soundtrack. There is an optional Orb of Creation Soundtrack, but that's the game's music, not a second copy or content DLC, and you don't need it for the game itself. You get the game proper, and it's all you need to go from your first spark of magic to an all-powerful wizard.

  • ๐Ÿ”ฎ Full version of the game, out of Early Access.
  • ๐Ÿช„ Dozens of hours of incremental progress without hard idling.
  • ๐Ÿงช Combos of spells, alchemy and artifacts in one sandbox.
  • ๐Ÿ’พ A copy that stays in your Steam library forever.

Platforms and languages

Orb of Creation runs on Windows (version 7 and newer, 64-bit) and on macOS (11.0 and newer). The interface and text are in English; for an incremental puzzle the language barrier is low, since most of the communication happens through icons and numbers. There's also a browser version on itch.io, but the Steam copy is a full standalone game tied to your account.

How the gift is delivered

Delivery goes through Steam Gift. You provide a friend invite link and your account region, place the order โ€” and our bot adds itself to your friends and sends the gift, usually in a couple of minutes. You don't need to accept the friend request, Steam Guard isn't required, and after delivery the bot leaves your friends list on its own. All that's left is to accept the gift in Steam, and the game is yours.

Important about region and library

The gift is available for 4 regions. For Steam to let you accept the gift, your account region must match the region of the chosen gift, and the game must not already be in that account's library โ€” Steam won't let you re-accept a gift for a game you already own. These are the most common hiccups, so check both before paying. If the bot couldn't add you, it's almost always because friend requests are closed in your profile or the link expired; fix the privacy setting, send a fresh link, and we'll redeliver.

How a run begins

The first minutes in Orb of Creation look deceptively simple: you have an orb and a couple of basic spells. But soon you notice resources can be reprocessed, spells can be boosted with components, and artifacts stack into unexpected combos. The game barely holds your hand and doesn't bury you in tutorials: it hands you tools and space, and the fun is in figuring out which strategy spins up your economy the fastest. That's why some finish it over a few evenings while others deliberately stretch it out, savoring each new discovery.

Why get it as a gift

A Steam gift is convenient because the game is tied to your account right away โ€” it's not temporary access or a rental, but your copy forever, with cloud saves and updates from MarpleGames. You don't need to enter a key or code: the bot simply sends the gift, you hit "Accept", and Orb of Creation is already in your library next to your other games.
