You do not play a faceless soldier but one of the Runners — characters with their own abilities and style. Marathon is an online game with a PvP focus and a constant internet connection. There is no classic single-player offline campaign like in story games: the whole experience is built around multiplayer runs. Editions: Standard and Deluxe

The editions differ in cosmetics and bonuses, not in access to the shooter itself.

Localisation is fine: the interface and subtitles are available in Russian, and menus, prompts and text read comfortably. The in-game voices are in English, and you easily follow what is happening through the Russian subtitles.
