How to activate the key
It's the standard Steam flow. First make sure Just Cause 2 is already in your library. Then open Steam, click "Games" in the top menu and choose "Activate a Product on Steam". Enter the code you received — the add-ons attach to your account. After that, launch Just Cause 2: the new vehicles can be called in through the in-game black market menu, and the weapons appear in your loadout. No separate installers — everything plugs into the game you already have.
Region and compatibility
The key is global and activates in any Steam region.
