How we deliver the Steam gift

If something goes wrong
The most common snag is the bot failing to add you as a friend. In nearly every case it's because friend requests are disabled or the invite link expired. Check your profile privacy settings and send us a fresh link if needed — we'll retry the delivery. If the account region didn't match the gift region, write to us too and we'll sort out a suitable option. We don't promise round-the-clock support, but we try to resolve these cases quickly and like real people.
