It's a first-person PvPvE extraction shooter built on Unreal Engine 5. Ballistics account for bullet drop and distance, and the medical system is detailed — separate limb injuries, bleeding and fractures that you have to treat with the right items. Co-op supports squads of up to nine, so Lamang shines most with friends and voice comms.

As an online extraction game with a server backend, a stable internet connection is required. It can launch on Steam Deck, but because of the heavy world and demanding graphics, stable performance can't be guaranteed — this is first and foremost a full-PC game.
