What For The King II is and why it grips you
It's a blend of turn-based tactics, board-game adventure, and roguelite. Every fight is a dice roll: you don't just hit “attack,” you stack the odds, position your heroes on the battle grid, and decide whether to gamble for a big hit or play it safe. World maps are procedurally generated, so two runs are almost never alike — different events, different enemies, different loot. The core mode is a story campaign of seven linked chapters that lead your party across the kingdom of Fahrul, thrown into chaos after the old order fell.
