Fields of Mistria β a cozy farm, magic and valley life, delivered to you as a Steam gift
Fields of Mistria is a warm pixel-art farm life sim from Chicago-based NPC Studio, where you arrive to rebuild a run-down homestead in the scenic valley of Mistria. It's far more than crops and chickens: you mine, fish, forage, learn mana-fueled spells, befriend and romance the townsfolk, and slowly bring the valley back to life. The look is pixel art with anime-inspired character design (think Sailor Moon energy), and the mood is pure cozy β the kind that keeps you playing for hundreds of in-game days. We buy the game from a trusted supplier and send it to you as a Steam gift, straight into your library.
What you get
You receive a full copy of Fields of Mistria as a Steam gift on your own account β not a shared key, but a game tied to your profile for good. Once delivered, it sits in your library like a purchased title: install it on any PC where you're logged in, catch future discounts, and get free updates. All Early Access patches and the big 1.0 update land for owners automatically.
Early Access and version 1.0
Straight talk on status: Fields of Mistria launched in Steam Early Access on August 5, 2024, with the full 1.0 release scheduled for August 5, 2026. The game is already fully playable and gets regular content patches, but the final 1.0 is still ahead. Buy the gift now and you own the game plus the free upgrade to 1.0 the moment it ships β no extra payment. If playing the "final" version matters to you, keep the 1.0 date in mind.
Things to do in Mistria
- Farming. Plant and water seasonal crops, raise animals, upgrade tools and expand your homestead.
- Mines and combat. Descend into dungeons, mine ore and crystals, fight monsters β there's real combat and skill progression.
- Mana magic. Learn spells: healing, instant crop growth, summoning rain, restoring energy β magic genuinely reshapes the farming loop.
- Fishing, foraging, museum. Catch fish, gather flora and insects, donate finds to the museum and unlock new areas.
- Villagers and romance. Build friendships and relationships regardless of gender, customize your character's look and pronouns, and join the weekly gatherings at the inn.
How the Steam gift delivery works
Delivery is automatic via the supplier's bot. We need two things from you: your Steam friend invite link and your Steam account region. The bot then adds itself as a friend, sends the gift, and leaves once it's delivered β you don't accept any request by hand. Steam Guard is not required, and you must not already own the game β Steam won't let you accept a gift for a title you already have. Delivery usually takes a couple of minutes from checkout.
Account region β the key thing
For Steam to accept the gift, your account region must match the gift region. This variant covers a broad pool of regions, so pick the option for your region and enter it honestly in the field at checkout. If your account is in a different region or the game is already in your library, the gift simply won't go through β check both before paying.
Steam Deck and platform
Fields of Mistria runs great on Steam Deck and on a regular Windows PC β it's a chill single-player title that doesn't need heavy hardware. The developers have announced console versions for the future, but the gift we send is the Steam version for your Steam account.
If you love cozy sims
Fields of Mistria is for anyone who sank hours into farm and cozy games and wants a new valley to put down roots in. If this vibe clicks, also check out Stardew Valley, the godfather of the cozy-farm genre, Coral Island with its tropical island and eco-restoration, and My Time at Sandrock, which adds crafting and town rebuilding to the farming. All of them are about a slow rhythm, crafts and warm relationships with the locals.
In short
Fields of Mistria is a cozy farm with magic, mines, fishing and romance in gorgeous pixel art. We send it as a Steam gift: give your invite link and account region, place the order, and the game usually lands in your library for good within a couple of minutes.
