What's inside Escape Simulator 2

The game is built around themed room packs, and each pack is its own little adventure with a distinct setting. The launch lineup includes, among others, Dracula's gloomy castle, the Starship EOS space station, and a pirate tale called The Cursed Treasure. Co-op for up to 8 players

Cross-play across platforms is supported, so players on different devices can solve rooms together without workarounds. Prefer to take your time alone? All the content plays great solo, too.

Room Editor 2.0 and the Workshop

Escape Simulator 2 isn't just pre-made rooms — it's a whole factory for creating them. The updated Room Editor 2.0 and a new building editor let you construct complete spaces with working stairs and bring scenes to life through sequence animations, so rooms feel architecturally complete rather than assembled from flat walls. Steam Workshop support is live from launch: thousands of community rooms extend the game far beyond the official packs. Note that the sequel's Workshop is separate from the original's — they're different communities.

How we deliver the gift
