What kind of game it is

There are two gift variants in the catalogue, and both are complete:

  • Deluxe Edition — the base game plus The Forsaken Hollows expansion and digital bonuses (an artbook with a mini soundtrack).

Deluxe is a self-contained edition: you don't need to buy a separate base game, all the content ties to the account alongside the core. Want everything at once — take Deluxe; if the core gameplay is enough for you, the standard gift covers it end to end.

What The Forsaken Hollows adds

The Forsaken Hollows expansion released on December 4, 2025 and is already available. It adds two new Nightfarers, two new bosses and another Shifting Earth — meaning fresh routes, enemies and heroes for your runs. Among the new Nightfarers are the Scholar, leaning on magic and "reading" the battlefield, and the Undertaker, betting on strength and faith. New threats show up too, such as victims of the Night merged into one. If you buy Deluxe as a Steam Gift, this whole set arrives on the account together with the base game, along with a digital artbook and a mini soundtrack.

How to get the Steam Gift

The gift is sent by our bot, and it needs just two things from you: a friend invite link to your Steam profile (the s.team/p/... kind) and your account region. The easiest way to grab an invite link is in the client: the "Friends" section → "Add a Friend" → the invite-by-link option. The Shifting Earth reshapes the map from run to run, so a memorized route won't save you — you have to read the situation fresh every time. That's exactly why the game shines in a group: smart role-swapping and focusing the boss matter more than raw solo skill.

Platform and launching

You get the PC version for Steam. Once the gift is accepted, the game lives in your library like any normal purchase — with cloud saves and updates through the client, no third-party launchers. Steam Deck and Linux compatibility via Proton depends on the game's current status on Steam, so it's worth checking its store page in the client before buying.
