Crab Champions: the roguelite shooter about battle crabs
Picture this: you're a crab. Not a regular one β one armed to the claws. A tropical island under your legs, hordes of rival crabs, critters and giant bosses all around, and the only language they understand is a shotgun blast. Crab Champions is a chaotic third-person roguelite shooter by Noisestorm that grew out of the viral βCrab Raveβ video. It hit Steam Early Access on April 1, 2023 and has kept growing ever since. Here you buy it as a Steam gift β our bot delivers it and the game drops straight into your library.
What the game is and why it hooks you
Every run in Crab Champions starts almost from scratch: pick a starting weapon and dive onto an island. From there it's a chain of levels where you clear arenas, grab coins and load your crab with stacking upgrades β perks, weapon mods, ability mods. The deeper the run, the more absurd your build gets: ricocheting bullets, fire trails, triple jumps and dashes that turn your crab into an unstoppable wrecking machine. A boss waits every few levels, and death sends you back to the start β but smarter, knowing which combos break the game in your favor.
Mobility is the heart of it. This isn't stand-and-shoot: the crab dashes mid-air, vaults gaps and circles enemies with real momentum. The shooting is punchy, the pace is frantic, and the tropical art style of palms and turquoise water makes even the chaos easy on the eyes. And yes β it runs on Unreal Engine 5.
Co-op for up to 4 players
Crab Champions plays great solo but truly shines with friends. Up to four crabs in co-op is a whole different kind of fun: you split the island, cover each other on bosses and brag about whose build is more ridiculous. Round up the friends you also gifted a copy to and unleash crab armageddon.
What's included in the gift
You get the full base game of Crab Champions β no cut-down versions, no pieces sold separately. The game is in Early Access, which means a genuinely nice thing: all future updates, new biomes, weapons, mods and modes reach you automatically and for free as soon as the developer ships them. At the time of writing the game already has several biomes, close to twenty weapons, dozens of weapon and ability mods, well over a hundred perks and more than a hundred achievements with unlockable crab skins. Plenty to sink into.
How we deliver the gift
Delivery is via Steam gift. You provide your friend invite link (grab it in your Steam profile β βAdd Friendβ β copy the s.team/p/... link) and your account region. Then our bot adds itself to your friends, sends the gift and leaves once it's delivered β no request to accept. The whole thing usually takes a couple of minutes from checkout. Steam Guard is not required, and neither is owning the game or any prior account activity.
Important about region and library
There are two conditions, without which Steam simply won't let you accept the gift. First: your Steam account region must match the gift region β so enter your real region honestly at checkout. Second, and the most common: Crab Champions must not already be in that account's library β Steam won't accept a gift for a game you already own. Gifting someone else? Send it to an account that doesn't have the game yet. And check your profile settings: friend requests must be allowed, otherwise the bot can't reach you.
System requirements and platform
Crab Champions is a Windows PC game distributed only through Steam. Once the gift is activated it behaves like any other Steam game of yours: cloud saves, achievements, skins unlocked through achievements. It runs on fairly modest machines too β Unreal Engine 5 here is tuned for fast gameplay rather than photorealism.
If you love roguelites
Crab Champions sits right next to the genre's favorites. If you clicked with the snowballing builds of Risk of Rain 2, or you sank hours into the colorful gunplay of Gunfire Reborn and the speedy parkour shooting of Roboquest β the crab run will feel right at home. Same loop of clear, upgrade, die, come back stronger, just with the most ridiculous and lovable hero possible.
